This area embodies the line of the Jaycee creed that states, “The brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations.” It provides and opportunity for individual members to contribute to the development of goodwill, understanding, and cooperation among all peoples.
State, National, & International Junior Chamber Involvement Commission:This commission includes all state, USJC, and JCI emphasis programs. You can contact the Michigan Jaycee Community Vice-President or assigned Program Manager for a list of this year's state programs.
International Involvement Commission: Projects in this commission include providing assistance or promoting understanding/communications between the chapter and the people outside the United States. Junior Chamber members recognize the fact that the present world problems can often be solved through international collaboration, tolerance and friendship. Members put this belief into practice by collaborating in joint worldwide projects.
Vietnam Presentation - One of our members visited Vietnam and gave us a presentation about his trip.
German Presentation - Two of our members were from Germany and they introduced us to their country, it's culture, and some of it's food.
Secret Sampling - Members bring in food from different countries to our General Membership Meetings to share with everyone and tell them a little bit about it.
