We will be offering a project management training session on August 28th. At this training, you will learn how to transform your idea for a project into a plan to execute that project by learning all about the Chairpersons Planning Guide (CPG). This is a planning tool that you can use when planning chapter projects, work programs or personal gatherings. This process helps you layout your plan, set goals, budget finances and evaluate how you did by making recommendation for the future. Paul Jackson will be our trainer for the evening.
